Shipping
We ship to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination and will be shown during the checkout process.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for countries within the European Union and are subject to the conditions and costs outlined in our policy.
For other international destinations, a return must be requested and a new order placed.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, and outside the European Union you have up to 20 calendar days from the shipment date.
Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. In some countries, returns must be handled through the shipping service designated by Polín et Moi.
